The 10/20/30 rule of powerpoint
A PowerPoint presentation should have ten slides, last no more than twenty minutes, and contain no font smaller than thirty points.
Came across this interesting piece of information on Rajesh Jain's weblog.
If you are approaching a venture capitalist, your 10 slides could have the following points:
1. Problem
2. Your solution
3. Business model
4. Underlying magic/technology
5. Marketing and sales
6. Competition
7. Team
8. Projections and milestones
9. Status and timeline
10. Summary and call to action

If you can't project your ideas across via verbal communication skills then there's a good chance you need to simplify your message.
There is such a thing as "Death By Powerpoint".

Hi Goldy Lukka,
Last week I have visited Sun Tech Days 2006 conference held in Chennai, India on 7th & 8th. The experience was quite amazing to gather together to meet top Sun JAVA global evangelists, industry experts / leaders and developers and have a face-to-face interaction with them. Being there gave me the feeling of being at Java One :).
I have posted a bunch of photos, I have taken during the wonderful moments in the conference. chk out that at:
